Returns/Cancellation and After Sales
Refund available on your purchase as long as product unopened and in original packaging. This option is available to you for 7 days after delivery. 

 

We cannot accept any items which have been opened, used or damaged. 
 
If you are returning your goods via courier/postal service, it is your responsibility to pay for any return shipping charges and insurance in case of loss or damage by the courier or postal service. 
 

Fraud Prevention
We always verify account information and shipping address before shipping. We will only ship to the same address as registered with your credit card or PayPal unless you have purchased from us before or pay by Bank Transfer.
 
Shipping
UK & Overseas - The majority of deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post unless a signed for service is stated.

Damage
Please advise us of any problems with damages within 5 days. Carrier damage must be taken up immediately with the carrier and signed for as 'damaged'. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim.
